Intelligent electronic control
The intelligent electronic control system covers all kinds of engineering equipment, including electrical control, intelligent operation, equipment safety monitoring and automatic operation and maintenance management system based on cloud platform, which can realize standardized matching and customized development.

1) Anti-collision system: GPS+ Beidou satellite navigation and positioning technology is used to realize the safe operation of multi-device anti-collision on the construction site. It has been successfully applied to large hydropower cables such as Zangmu, Jiacha, Lidi, Huangdeng, Baihetan, Wudongde, etc. Machine and gate tower crane equipment.

3) Target fixed-point operation system: to realize automatic identification, automatic operation, and automatic positioning of target positions.
4) Stable lifting system: solves the problem of rope bouncing when lifting, realizes stable lifting and prolongs the life of the rope.
5) Rope slack detection system: monitor the force of the rope and warn the rope slack in advance to prevent rope skipping.
6) Traction anti-slip system: specially designed for the traction mechanism of cable cranes, real-time correction of the sliding offset between the driving wheel and the rope, to ensure accurate and reliable position data.
7) Deviation correction system: real-time warning of the deflection status when two parts of the same organization are operating independently, and automatic correction.
8) Gale protection system: Multi-point monitoring, real-time warning, optimizing operation speed, and ensuring operation safety in view of the gale operating environment at the construction site.
9) Ropeway sag measuring instrument: a professional measuring tool for cable cranes, which can dynamically detect the sag of the main rope and traction rope.
3. Security monitoring system: multi-dimensional data collection, 24-hour operation monitoring. Real-time dynamics, alarm push, operation reminder, log record, "every move" of the equipment is under control.
4. Engineering equipment cloud service, providing remote automatic operation and maintenance management, realizing online operation and maintenance services on PC and mobile phones, one-click query of production reports, production statistics, and maintenance information of key equipment components, paying attention and reminding in time.
