The spreader is used in conjunction with the high-speed belt concrete feeding line to form a complete concrete delivery system. It is a new type of construction equipment for dam concrete pouring, which has the advantages of high productivity and convenient construction layout. Many well-known large-scale hydropower projects at home and abroad use spreaders as the main pouring equipment, such as China Three Gorges Project, Guangxi Longtan Hydropower Project, Myanmar YEYWA Project, Xiangjiaba Hydropower Project, etc. The practice of the Three Gorges Project has shown that the use of high-speed belts to continuously transport concrete is very efficient, and has played a key role in obtaining phased results such as water storage, navigation, and power generation.

Hangzhou Guodian Dali Electromechanical Engineering Co., Ltd., organized by China Three Gorges Project Development Corporation, has carried out a complete and complete transformation of the tower belt conveyor (tower spreader) system of the Three Gorges Project by means of general contracting. The reconstructed equipment has been operating well in the third-stage cofferdam and dam concrete pouring. It has been highly praised by the Three Gorges Corporation, the installation unit, and the supervisor. The relevant technical achievements have been successfully used in Longtan, Xiangjiaba, and Yeywa, Myanmar. , Guanyinyan, Huangdeng and other power stations.

Hangzhou Guodian Dali Electromechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. is currently the only unit in my country that has conducted comprehensive and in-depth research and engineering practice on placing machines and feeding line systems. It has undertaken the special fund project of the Ministry of Science and Technology-"Concrete High-speed Belt Conveying and Placing System Research" scientific research. The company can provide domestic and foreign users with one-stop service from layout selection, design and manufacturing to commissioning and operation.

The RCC high-speed belt conveyor system of Myanmar YEYWA project has a designed conveying intensity of 500M3/h and a monthly peak intensity of 120,000 m3. The belt conveyor system can climb quickly as the dam surface rises, and when there is no large-scale hoisting equipment on the construction site, the support column of the feed line has the function of self-installation.
